3 DAG DIEET

 DAG 1:
 Ontbyt:
Swart tee/koffie,
½ grapefruit (pomelo) (of 1kop onversoete pomelosap)
1 sny roosterbrood
2 teel grondboontjiebotter

Middagete:
½ k tuna in water:
1 sny roosterbrood
swart tee/koffie.

Aandete:
30 g enige koue vleis
1 kop groen bone
1 kop beet
1 klein appel
1 kop vanielje roomys (lae vet)

DAG 2:
 Ontbyt:
1 gekookte eier
1 sny roosterbrood
½ piesang
 swart tee/koffie.

Middagete:
1 kop maaskaas
6 soutbeskuitjies

Aandete:
2 weense worsies
1 kop broccoli
½ kop wortels
½ piesang
½ kop vanielje roomys (lae vet)

DAG 3:
 Ontbyt:
5 soutbeskuitjies
1 sny cheddar kaas
1 klein appel
swart tee/koffie.

Middagete:
1 gekookte eier
1 sny roosterbrood

Aandete:
1 kop tuna in water
1 kop beet
½ kop blomkool
½ klein spanspek( of een kop onversoete spanspeksap)
½ kop vanielje roomys. (laevet)

• Daagliks 8 glase water
• Die diëet werk volgens ’n chemiese afbreking en is beproef. Geen variëring van die kossoort in die diëet nie.  Sout en peper kan gebruik word... maar geen speserye nie. Waar geen hoeveelheid in die diëet aangegee word nie... mag eie diskresie gebruik word... maar matig.
• Die dieet moet vir 3 dae per week gevolg word. In die drie dae sal jy 4 kg gewig verloor. Na drie dae van die dieet kan jy normaal eet... maar nie te veel nie.Jy kan tot 18 kg in n maand verloor... AS JY BY DIE DIEET BLY.
• NB: Roosterbrood moet droog wees... geen smeersels. Soutbeskuitjies is Tuc,Pitz.
• Tuna, boontjies en groente kan geblik wees... dit is nie nodig vir vars groente nie.

Yes this diet really works. But don't over do it in the 4 days off. Eat healthy.

I dont drink coffee nor tea at all will it have an effect if i just leave it out?

This dieet made me loose 17kg!
I will loose like 4kg in one week and then over the weekend I will pick 1kg up and did this for about 5-6 weeks and My clothing size went for a 14 to a 10

Hi, I tried this diet before and worked excellent for me, so I am now on my 3rd day and already I can feel there is a difference, I have a lot more energy, do not crave as before, feeling focussed and definitely loss a lot of water. have to keep an open mind for the next four days to eat only healthy food, but I know I can do that, my aim is 10 kilogram of weight loss. so, here I go again, with my mind set on this goal, thank you for this diet, it works perfectly...
